The Indian Army has published the MNS 2021 notification. Online Applications are invited from FEMALE CANDIDATES only for admission to 4 years B.Sc (Nursing) Course 2021. On successful completion of Nursing Training (4 years), the candidates will be granted Permanent / Short Service Commission in the Military Nursing Service, under the Terms and Conditions laid down for grant of such Commission. Candidates who are looking forward to joining the armed forces as a Military Nursing Service officer can apply for this entry. Here we are talking about some important details related to MNS 2021 notification.The Official Notification of MNS Exam for Military Nursing Service B.Sc (NURSING) Course 2021 has been officially published. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the MNS Exam 2021 exam from 17th Feb 2021 till 10th Mar 2021. Eligible applicants will be called for an objective type Computer Based Examination (CBE). MNS 2021 written exam is likely to be conducted in April 2021 across the nation.

OVERVIEW
Indian Army Nursing 2021 exam is a national level entrance exam for four-year BSc nursing programmes. Only female candidates would be able to apply for the exam, which will be conducted by the DGMS or Directorate General of Medical Services (Indian Army). Female candidates will compete for a total of 220 seats across India, and their selection will be based solely on their performance in the written examination followed by a personal interview. Indian Army BSc Nursing 2021 Admit Card has been released on July 15 on the official website of the Indian Army. DGMS began accepting Indian Army BSc nursing applications on February 17, 2021. The deadline for applying was March 10, 2021. In its recent notification, DGMS has announced that the Indian Army BSc Nursing 2021 exam was concluded on July 28, 2021. The admit cards were released on July 15. The entrance exam had taken place in two shifts and via a computer-based examination.

Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 eligibility criteria
Only candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria of Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 are considered for admission. Aspirants must go through the academic, physical, and other MNS 2021 eligibility criteria.

Nationality: Only Indian nationals are permitted to apply for MNS exam 2021.

Gender: Indian Army BSc nursing exam admits only female candidates.

Age: As per MNS eligibility 2021, applicants must be born between October 1, 1996 to September 30, 2004. This is inclusive of both the dates mentioned. The date of birth (DOB) of the candidate will be verified via their class 10 certificate.

Academic qualification: Candidates who have passed class 12 examinations as a regular student with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as their core subjects are eligible to apply for MNS 2021. Applicants appearing for their class 12 examinations are also eligible to fill Indian Army BSc nursing application form. Those who have passed their class 12, should have qualified their exam in a single attempt.
- Physical eligibility: Height of the candidates applying for Indian Army BSc nursing must be at least 152 cm. While for Gorkhas and candidates from North East India the minimum height required in MNS 2021 is 148 cm. In addition to this, candidates will have to go through a mandatory fitness examination for Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 admission. Only those who meet the standards set for Armed forces will be eligible for admission.

Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 selection process
The admission process of Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 will be a three step process. After announcing the result of Indian Army BSc nursing exam, DGMS will conduct a personal interview and medical test for qualified candidates.

DGMS will release Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 call letters for personal interview.

Call letters will be issued only for candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and qualify the Indian Army BSc nursing cutoff.

Indian Army Nursing 2021 Result
Indian Army BSc nursing 2021 result will be announced online on the official website. The result will be declared in the form of a merit list published on the website joinindianarmy. nic. in the downloadable PDF format. Candidate can check their score mentioned against their roll number.
After the result is declared, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview and medical examination. Based on the performance of a candidate in all the rounds, written exam, personal interview and medical examination, a final merit list will be prepared. After satisfying all the medical and other physical prerequisites, the candidates will be given admission to their respective choice of college, out of the total six colleges of nursing institutes across India.
